We have left multiple voice messages and emails for the Generali claims adjuster with no response. They sent us an email last week that our claim would be processed by the end of last week, it wasn’t and we’ve heard nothing since then. Very disappointing.

My flight was canceled and I was goinmg to file a claim, but Delta Airlines has failed to give me any required documentation, therefore no claim will be filed.

I submitted a claim for a missed night at a hotel on November 17. I still havent gotten final response. Ive called twice.

It took almost 2 months to get an answer and when I did i was completely unsatisfied. They said I booked the hotel i was requesting reimbursement for after the start of the policy. This id a ridiculous rule.

My claim was processed quickly and payment was issued immediately.
I should have filed a claim but there requirements for "proof" is onerous. It's not worth my time and effort to possibly reclaim a relatively small amout of money. I'm not happy !
