The website of Generali Global didn't work right. Even though I uploaded all relevant documents to process the claim. I had to send several documents again by email, which prolonged the process by weeks.
Everyone at Squaremouth and Generali were very knowledgeable and helpful. The big problem was on the day I tried to buy insurance the company's system refused to accept all active credit cards! It was a mess. But both Squaremouth and Generali employees were very helpful and I was able to obtain it later. They followed up on the problem and helped me. Very pleased.
I requested an electronic claim form and they responded quickly. Will be filing the claim this week.
I was allowed to purchase a larger full travel policy after I had made a mistake on the date I was covered for. Although I ended up not needing any insurance coverage I appreciated being able to get what I thought I might need before the trip. Thank you. Mary Bures
