    Received all documents and communication in a timely manner. I/we had no problems on our trip. So everything was great.

    During Trip
    Had no contact with customer service during our trip as we didn't need them but I was very happy and had peace of mind that I had gotten this insurance. One I have a very very elderly Mother and two we were going on a cruise at the start of hurricane season.

    Everything was completed on line. No problems.

    During Trip
    When I called about putting in claim, was given info immediately. Forms were sent to my e-mail and whe I returned home , started process.

    Claim Process
    Still waiting for airline verification on delayed flight to be able to submit claim.
