We were forced to cancel our trip.Claim Process
It was somewhat difficult to fulfill all the paperwork demands in order to get our money refunded--but in the end it was very worthwhile because we were paid in full.

Before trip? No contact. No customer service, but I did not expect any.During Trip
No contact during trip. Contact was not possible.Claim Process
Clain "requires" original receipts. There was no "original receipt for a cash purchased air e-ticket bought in an emergency. I hope I collect. It took me a week to get an airline confirmation of this purchase so I could complete my claim.
