IMG took around 3 months from the date of filing to process my claim, and only did so after I contacted customer service twice. Of the claim, they immediately covered most of the transactions, but denied exactly one that comprised 70% of my total claim. They requested credit card statement as the additional proof of payment, and I am yet to hear back from them since I provided it.

I had a hard time because i was given a different number when I contacted insurance for thr claim.
We extended our insurance by 60 days directly through IMG. They were very courteous and efficient when I called them. The price was great and the types of coverage are perfect for our situation. Thank you fir providing the tool to search the many options available on the market.
I canceled my policy before my trip and obtained a refund because the contract says that Squaremouth discriminates against people with HIV. I then purchased a policy from a competitor. Squaremouth’s procedure for obtaining a refund was awkward.
I had a post- travel concern. There was no wait to talk to a representative. Whose assistance quickly answered my questions.

We have to two claims. One is a medical claim taking us from Cambodia where we were established to Malaysia for medical procedures. The second is around a theft of a wallet in Greece.
I researched several policies and finally settled on one. When I went to purchase, I got an error message, which said a representative would call me. As I needed the policy quickly, I called the rep directly. It went to voicemail the first try, so tried again and connected with a rep who told me that it seemed that particular insurance company had a technical glitch with that policy. I was told that I would be contacted by another rep once IT looked into it. A couple hours later, I received an email stating that the policy I selected was no longer available and that I needed to pick a new one. I was hesitant to go through the process again, but researched again and found another policy. This time the purchase went through fine. Fortunately I traveled without incident so did not need to open a claim, so I have no feedback on that portion.
