IMG arranged for a trip home after my wife's fall in Orlando. She had a broken ankle and the trip arranged on Alaska Airlines did not allow for her foot to be elevated. As a result, she is hospitalized with blood clots in the her lungs. IMG should have arranged for the 7 hour flight (either commercial or non-commercial) so that the foot was elevated the whole time. She has been in the hospital for over a week now and may be there another week.
IMG was responsive in arranging transportation and I am glad that I had a printed copy of the insurance policy and contact number for IMG.
There is No claim . I would not know what to expect from IMG
I entered the dates wrong and called to correct them. Customer Service made the change without question!
The process was very easy and the agent was very helpful and pleasant.

I’ve completed all the required documentation and have not heard back from them.
I did not go on the trip. I had a spinal cord injury and sm paralyzed since
August. I have and downloaded info since then faxed and I have called .the purpose of getting insurance is for these types of things and I have been getting the runaround. This is ridiculous
I need my funds returned asap
IMG refuses to respond quickly and requires more paperwork than Fort Knox. My wife’s doctor sent a letter documenting her inability to travel. That wasn’t good enough so now we have to return to the doctor and ask her to complete a form that violates HIPPA laws!
Why cause such pain?

I filed a claim, but I was not actually entitled to any benefit.

Needed minor assistance in correcting some dates I provided and was relatively easy (as I recall had 2 possible contact avenues and was offered referral for my specific need.)
Liked the walk thru in application process - felt I knew exactly what I was paying for and there was security in knowing we were covered, pretty much no matter what.
