    I really don't know what customer service is like, except to purchase the product and the lady at Square mouth was very helpful. I didn't need to access the insurance - yeh. But I was happy knowing it was in place.

    I had no issues with obtaining my travel insurance. I was very pleased with the ease of buying this insurance, as this was my first time using travel insurance.

    During Trip
    I did not need to use the emergency help hotline or customer service while traveling.

    During Trip
    I was stranded in London by the Icelandic volcano. When I called to find out what I was covered for first the agent pretended to have no idea what I was tallking about but then acknowledged they had other customers who were stranded as well. She then proceeded to give me completely wrong info on the amount of my coverage. I only found this out when I went to make a claim and was emailed a complete copy of my policy.

    Each agent I spoke to gave me different information. I understand I should have printed out my entire policy & taken it with me. But if I call for help I expect to be given correct information from the people who work for the company.

    have not completed the claim request at this time as I am waiting for a partial refund from a rental (and just received one from an airlines). As soon as the foreign transfer hits my account, I will be sending in the claim.

    Claim Process
    This company chose to interpret my claim as a trip interruption rather than a missed connection, which it clearly was. Even at that, they refused to cover more than one day even though the delay was 28 hours. They put me through several rounds of paperwork which had nothing to do with the claim before they would even pay $150.
