When Covid threw a wrench into our plans, Tin Leg worked with us to adjust dates and costs with very little difficulty. The agents I spoke to were very helpful and our needs were addressed quickly. All in all, it was a very positive experience. Fortunately, we were not required to make any claims, so I have no experience with that aspect of Tin Leg.

However, I did try to contact Tinleg on Oct 17 from Brussels airport around 11 am local time [unfortunately, 5 am eastern US time] and did not get an answer from the 24 hour phone line. I understand it was early in the US, but if you define your help-line as "24/7" , then I was hoping that I would have had my phone call answered. I wanted to ask a question about our 8 hour arrival delay and later, a lost bag]
