Their website was also far less helpful than Squaremouth, with unclear directions about how to fill out the application form. I went back and applied through Squaremouth and had a much better experience. I won't have to make a claim, so I can't comment on their actual service.

Only one CSR has shown any knowledge or understanding. The company obviously looks for every way possible NOT to pay a claim. One of the worst service companies I have ever dealt with.
