I provided that information twice and they claim to not have received it. I have given up and don't feel the purchase of the insurance is worth it with this company. I will not purchase coverage that is not functional in the future.

I filed a claim with Trawick several weeks ago and to date have only received an automated email that they have received the claim so not sure how long to wait to follow up. I am hoping this is not going to take months to resolve.

I injured my right knee and it got progressively worse. MRI revealed 2 ligament tears. It has taken time to obtain the MRI. and get appointment with Ortho. It was very hectic at Ortho visit that the Doc left before filling out the portion of the medical statement. I am trying to reach back to the provider but no return response. I have PT appt in April but will continue to persue physician.
