    I called their Customer Service prior to travel to inquire if they had ID tags that we could download for our luggage in case they were lost during travel. The representative was courteous and efficient. However, they did not offer ID tags. In today's world everyone's luggage looks alike, so anything that can make your luggage stand out from the others is always greatly appreciated.

    i received the information regarding the policy promptly and the information was clear and easy to understand. There was no need to make any claim so I really didn't interact with them at all beyond purchasing and receiving the policy.

    Having this affordable insurance helped me sleep better and to feel more secure travelling alone. When bad weather caused me to miss a connection,
