When I had a problem my husband had to dig around to find a number to call. When he did they immediately gave him a number for medical help in China. It was impossible to get in touch with doc because of our itinerary for several days. When I got home I put in my claim and was very pleased with service.They responded and paid my claim within a month of returning home.
