    Our trip, paid for in full in November, was cancelled by the provider, Vantage Deluxe World Travel, on May 12, 2023 for a departure date of May 21, 2023. They provided 4 options. We chose a full refund. Vantage has agreed to to a refund of $10,897.00 yet they did not offer us a timeframe to deliver that refund. I have requested a timeframe several times with no commitment.

    I believe Vantage has entered into a "cessation of operations" as they have continued to cancel trips. I intend to deliver a claim to you shortly.

    Only interaction with IMG Customer Service was a change in our departure date. Otherwise, every transaction was "5-Starts". What we liked about Squaremouth: the ease of comparing various policies side-by-side and the ease of negotiating the website. Thank you.

    Terrible rude person who told me I should have googled img,then I would find my answers in the reviews. I had a rental car that was scratched, so I tried to file claim . I had not informed Avis that I had Img insurance, and according to the rude person, therefor I could not file. Then I got Covid, but because of having taken a home test, she said I could not file. How to file claims need to be better addressed up front!! I thought I had good coverage, but, turns out I wasted my money 💰

    This is not in regards to this policy number - it is in regards to policy number TC13983557888 for travel on April 3 - April4, 2023. I filed a claim due to missed travel arrangements due to a travel delay/missed connection. The information required by IMG is beyond ridiculous. They are asking for information which I cannot get from any of my travel advisors and the airline representatives I spoke with stated they had never heard of a travel insurance company asking for the information they are requesting. I missed my connection in Charlotte, NC to San Diego, CA and was put on a later flight the next day. I have proof from the airline that the flight was delayed and that I missed my connection. IMG is asking for proof of "no show" on the connection I missed. If my flight landed after the connecting flight departed isn't it obvious I missed my flight? By missing my connecting flight in Charlotte to San Diego I also did not stay at the hotel, pick up my car and take my final flight the next morning at my destination (San Diego). I filed this claim upon my return and two months later it is still open and they are still requesting additional information. Some submitted information has been requested 3 times. I get emails every 2 weeks or so asking for additional information and the latest request involved information I am not able to get from my travel advisors (airlines and hotel) and a request for information already submitted. When a logical person looks at the information submitted it should be obvious that I did not take my original connection due to airline delay and thus all the travel after that was impacted. I couldn't be on two opposite sides of the U.S. on the same night/day! Will never use this company again!

    Experience positive.

    The only feedback I have is that I was traveling with my sister who lives in another state and we had to purchase two separate polices.

    I also think travel insurance is way to high. Maybe it could be structured by offering a higher deductible for lower cost.

    I had a minor medical expense; banged my head on a metal support. I had an ambulance ride to a nearby hospital; they did some tests and determined my vital signs were all good. They put 5 stitches in my head and sent me on my way. I sent them the bill from the hospital. The total charge was $341.99 which I paid with my credit card. Now they want my total itinerary to prove that I was actually there. It is just very "Mickey Mouse" behavior for a VERY straight forward claim!

    I sought to insure TWO trips. Initially IMG/Squaremouth listed me as two different accounts. getting BOTH Policies into ONE ACCOUNT was frustrating, difficult and drawn out. Customer Service People seemed incompetent.
