    Claim rep was very helpful in helping me decide which plan was best for me. We didn't need to file claim so I can't comment on claim resolution process.

    Everything went smoothly on our trip so I didn’t file any claims. I did need to contact iTravelInsured. However I was disappointed in how long it took for them to respond and this was prior to our departure.

    Filed the claim on 4/21 still have not heard back from them on 5/20. It was a cancel for any reason policy but the trip was cancelled due to a LATAM air strike. Not responding for a month is not exceptional customer service

    I am in the process of collecting the needed information to file a claim for injury as the result of a fall when on my trip. It would have been helpful to have the information of what would be needed if a claim had to be filed while I was still in South Africa.

    I heard about you but not sure how it works yet. I lost my iPhone from my travel bag. It is old version, 6s,32g. It is not much now but not sure this insurance will cover or not. I didn’t know when it was lost. By the time i got home and couldn’t find it. It was missable without a phone. My niece loaned me her phone to use during this time. Overall was ok trip. Please let me know if you can help me. Thank you in advance!!!
