Customer service was responsive on my trip when I had a potentially problematic baggage delay (solved by renting some equipment for a day) and needed information about making a claim. I'm just back from the trip and haven't had a chance to file the claim yet so I will review that process once complete.

To my surprise, your policy was higher than the travel agency's. But, it was too late to go back to the agency.
Guess I'll have to be more careful next time and check with you before booking the trip.
