Excellent customer service, user friendly web site.

Would recommend this policy to other travelers.

We chose this policy over the one being offered by the company we were booking our trip with because RoamRight was more comprehensive for less money. Easy decision. We didn't need to make a claim but it was good knowing someone was watching our backs so far from home.

My wife came down with altitude sickness in Peru and had to seek local medical attention and cancel part of our trip. When we contacted them on the road , they were very supportive . We now have to file the claim so will see how that goes.

I was a little confused as to what they actually covered even when I already had purchases the policy. And how I would go about using the policy if I had needed to.

Very easy to use the online comparison of policies. I had a couple of questions prior to purchasing and called SquareMouth Customer Service. They were responsive and gave helpful guidance. The policy chosen was more extensive while being less expensive and met our needs better than the policy offered by the tour company we were traveling with. Fortunately, we did not need to make a claim but felt comfortable that we were adequately covered in case there was a problem.

It provided exactly the coverage I wanted, at an excellent price. I would recommend this policy to other travelers.

I claimed, because I could not make the trip due cancellation of flight ticket by airline without my knowledge.
Roam right says that is not covered.
Why we getting insurance which does not cover this situation?
I will tell everyone, everywhere, that Roamright is no insurance to buy. I had most terrible experience with this insurance..

We have reviewed your situation and, as you stated, your travel insurance policy does not provide coverage in the event that a passenger's ticket is cancelled by the airline. Typical travel insurance policies, including RoamRight's, provide coverage for when an airline cancels or delays an entire flight, not an individual passenger.
