    Very easy to evaluate options and to purchase on-line. Coverage was written in plain English and easy to read, steps for filing a claim were clear and policy and cards arrived in a timely manner

    During Trip
    The wait time was too long and the satellite phone would cut out before my husband could get ahold of someone. We both had severe food poisoning and were in bad shape. Between the archaic resort phone and the long wait time, we couldn't get help.
