That being said, all of my contact with Seven Corners was handled well. They responded to all of my questions along with having me send them all of my claim info for them to process if it became necessary. I was very pleased with them and would use them again for my travels.

Phone rep was unaware of this and was confused by my inquiry made prior to my discovery.

There were issues uploading documents. But my claim was eventually processed. There was good communication throughout. When all was said and done my claim was paid without too much trouble. I will use Seven Corners again

I traveled to France which the State Department had rated a level 4 country due to the covid outbreak (even though France had moved to a system of needing a health pass to go inside anywhere and had seen a dramatic drop in cases). I made repeated requests to determine whether my insurance plan would be valid visiting a country deemed level 4. I was unable to get a direct answer to this question.
