    The agent I spoke to leftvme on hold for a very long time and seemed to have no understanding of what is in a policy.

    Absolutely terrible insurance. Their customer service told me to purchase a last minute plane ticket when WoW airlines (an airline flying to iceland) collapsed which would be covered by Seven Corners. Later on, when I finally submitted my claim, it was denied. When contacted about this, they continued to give me the run-around and never put me in touch with anyone who could answer my questions about the denial of my claim.

    It’s very easy to pick out a policy via Squaremouth. I love being able to put up possibilities and compare them across the board. And with all the different policies, I can pick one that fits my needs exactly. Have used before and will use again. Thanks.

    My daughter made a claim on 7/10 and 7/12. There was a 48 hr delay on the arrival of her bag to Frankfurt which included needed medicine for her daughter, Christina, daily. On her return, her flight was delayed from Frankfurt to NYC forcing an overnight, expenses, meals, etc because weather was bad in Nashville, also.

    So far, we have heard nothing from the insurance folks about her claims. We included travel vouchers, bill for overnight stay, meals, purchase of some clean clothing, etc.

    We would really appreciate hearing from them as to where they are in processing her claim - do they need additional documentation, etc?? Thank you.

    After a slight delay caused by my email, to which was attached the documentation supporting my claim, cross with an email from the claim examiner requesting said documentation, my claim was promptly approved.

    So far, we have had no problems with Seven Corners, Inc. I just sent in our claim today. We were delayed 15 hours and missed a day of our vacation and Delta lost one of our bags and it did not arrive until the next day.

    Iberia cancelled the connecting flight from BOG_MAD-MUC on May 9 and put me on the next day's flight MAD-MUC, claiming a French strike made them to do it. Meanwhile Lufthansa offered exactly the same flight at the same time Iberia just cancelled. Since I could not wait 24 h and thought my flight cancelation policy would cover the replacement flight {180$) . Well Seven corners was no help, telling me not covered, but we would have paid for hotel and food, which would have been more money for 24h at the airport, so NOT HAPPY. I guess the small print got me, no more 7 corners, they are cutting too many corners for my taste.

    The customer service rep I spoke with was very helpful in assisting me with comparing the policies I was evaluating. I felt comfortable I was getting a policy that emphasized the features most important to me for the best value. Recommended this site to my sister and she had a good experience with it as well. Very quick and easy!

    Policy is so tricky, international support by phone told us that hotel fees because flight delay will be cover plus $100 per traveler for clothes because our checked bag was missing and we have nothing no personal items, all the gear for our hiking etc... in other country we save every receipt... policy shows travel delay per person was $250 covered after 12hours delay, we were two days later!... bagage delay was $100 per person and our bag was missing for five days!, policy shows $250 for missing connection and we lost four connections then when we submit the claim Seven Corners denied any payment because missing connection only apply to cruise and tours... we expended over a thousand dollars in other country due to this emergency situations and Seven Corners only send to us $200 for two travelers, it was a shame.
    I am not recommended your company to anybody, your travel protection is very weak, I will post my review in any social media so nobody else is fool by Seven Corners travel insurance.
