    I noticed that my departure date for the insurance had February 20 and it was supposed to be February 19. they made the change without hesitation and sent me new ID cards very promptly.

    Tin Leg and Seven corners was responsive and understanding when processing our claim. Even though there was some delay and an appeal, the appeals department was gracious to see our point of view and we received the amount of our initial claim.

    Squaremouth made it very easy to compare multiple options in one location. Their website worked very smoothly. Their cost was significantly better that those offered by the cruise companies. I did make one mistake with the dates of my trip when I was filling out the form and the mistake was corrected very quickly with one phone call to the very helpful and cheerful staff. I would highly recommend this company and will plan to use them in the future when the need arises.

    The question about required coverage amount was promptly answered by online customer service in a complete and easily understandable manner. Purchase of the policy was quick and easy and documentation easily reviewable prior to purchase.

    It was a little difficult to come to a decision on the claim. My outbound flight to Tokyo was 5 1/2 hours late and the connection was missed without other options until the next day. The Tin Leg agent wanted all sorts of proof, like new itinerary from the rebooking (the airline put us in a hotel and provided transport and re-ticketing on the next available flight, but no paperwork), revised boarding passes, and hotel receipts. The hotel in Singapore was prepaid with no cancellation refund for short notice cancellation. My claim was for 1 missed night. It took a few emails and a couple of calls to come to resolution. I've had better experiences from other travel companies for larger claims.

    As a senior citizen (soon to be 80) and my first claim I found it hard to understand' I had many phone calls with your representative and he helped me through the process. His help was beyond expectations--he called the travel agent to straighten out the situation, he talked by phone with the doctors nurse to correct my wrong answer. I would recommend your company to all my friends. Thank you for your help.
