    I never spoke with anyone, I printed the policy so I had it with me, and I'm taking an online survey. There is no customer service-just a product

    The customer service reps were knowledgeable about the type of insurance coverage I wanted for my trip. They answered all my questions and provided several options for me. I was pleased with my choice and went on to have a wonderful trip.

    I gave these ratings based on the fact that all documentation was sent to me on time. However, I had no need to contact the company since all I required was sent via email.

    During Trip
    Had no need to contact the company during my trip.

    Claim Process
    I needed to make a claim for an overnight hotel stay due to a missed flight connection. I called the company and they immediately sent me the necessary documents and checklist of what I needed to make the claim. All requirements were reasonable and I was given enough time to get what I needed from the carrier. Once the documents were sent I received no further document requests and received a check a couple of weeks later.
