    Before Trip
    A month before we left (we were to be gone 4 weeks), we had to change our return date by one day. I called to see if that change could be made and for what fee. The agent said he could make the change immediately and that there would be no charge. He then emailed me the new documents immediately. That is service! Most of all I'm happy to report we didn't need to file a claim, which means out trip came off without a hitch.

    I had no contact with the agency! The paper arrived and that was only contact that I had.

    During Trip
    I had no need to contact the insurance before or after my trip.

    Hard to rate customer service since the need to speak to one did not come up. Purchase of the policy and documentation arrival through Squaremouth was smooth and efficient, however.
