    During Trip
    An international number that was supposed to be for collect calls was not accurate. Once contacted they were very helpful and faxed forms to the hotel in case we needed them.

    Before Trip
    I was extremely happy with the way your representatives treated me during the process of buying the insurance. I had some special circumstances with this trip, including a pregnancy we didn't know about while buying tickets, and your guys really knew the plans and were extremely nice to work with. I am a retired travel agent, and have dealt with my share of travel insurance people, and must say that I have never been as pleased with anyone in that business as Squaremouth's representatives. Thank you for making a very stressful part of my trip so much easier. Before I found Squaremouth, I had been having a very hard time getting my questions answered and would not have been able to find a good policy on my own. Thank you!

    Claim Process
    I had a situation while I was traveling which resulted in a financial loss greater than expected. I thought this incident might be covered under my insurance, but when I asked (via an online chat), I got a very simple "this is not covered" with no further explanation. They then ended the chat session without notice.

    Claim Process
    Claims process was a bit confusing because they wanted direct confirmation from the airline in addition to all the documentation I provided from Orbitz, but the claim representative took care of it promptly.

    This was easy, and re-assuring. I was delighted someone other than the insurance company (namely - you, Squaremouth) has ratings of the insurance companies.

    As it turned out, fortunately, and presumably, expectedly, I had not reason to contact the insurance company.
