Before Trip
So far no problem in correcting the fare amount. I mistakenly doubled the fare when applying for the insurance then later realized the mistake. Called and it was taken care of politely and quickly. I should get a correction on my next statement.

Having utilized your services in the past and have made one small claim in the past, it was with that experience in how well you helped us that caused us to continue to utilize your service for future trips. Also have gotten you new customers, Mr & Mrs R. Dailey of Orange Park, FL.

During Trip
Knowing we were well protected by your insurance, gave us a secure feeling, thus enabling us to comfortable enjoy our tour.

Claim Process
We just called in and are waiting for the paperwork. Still require an estimate on the luggage damage.
