    We ended up with Covid right before our trip. I attempted to contact customer service via email to figure out how this policy works, as this is my 1st time purchasing any kind of Covid Travel Insurance. I bought this policy for several reasons, having to cancel due to Covid being one of them. I did not ever hear back from customer service. This is concerning considering that in the even we were outside of the US and needed aid, would we be able to get a hold of anyone when we need it most?

    I had a difficult time reaching anyone at claims. I filed the claim and I filed on January 5th and still haven't heard anything. Please follow-up with as soon as possible.
