Just today I am feeling well enough to submit a claim. Three of the numbers on the contract didn’t work. There was no one to help me on the week. I anticipate difficulty processing the claim also.

I called the claims number and the emergency number, but was not able to get through. It was at about 8-9 am, EST. One message said that it was before business hours and another message said that there was a training session being held which delayed the opening of the claims department. I had a limited window to call, due to my location in a remote area - Antarctica. I wanted to set up a claim to let the company know about a potential claim for trip interruption.
As it turned out, I did not really have any substantial expenses for trip interruption, although our return travel was delayed by about 48 hours. At this point, I am not aware of any substantial expenses in that regard.

When I had an inquiry, someone from customer service replied quickly. The website was very easy to navigate and most of all the insurance policy was reasonably priced.

My husband needed to go to the hospital for 4 days. In spite of the fact that our trip was interrupted, the agent challenged the authenticity of my claim. Finally after much arguing, The Trawick rep sent me to a site to file my claim. The web page did not exist and lead me to a fraudulent site on the internet that tried to hack me!
