    It has been challenging to contact an agent and receive answers. Just today I am feeling well enough to submit a claim. Three of the numbers on the contract didn’t work. There was no one to help me on the week. I anticipate difficulty processing the claim also.

    I had a potential trip interruption claim that I tried to report on January 26, 2023. I called the claims number and the emergency number, but was not able to get through. It was at about 8-9 am, EST. One message said that it was before business hours and another message said that there was a training session being held which delayed the opening of the claims department. I had a limited window to call, due to my location in a remote area - Antarctica. I wanted to set up a claim to let the company know about a potential claim for trip interruption.
    As it turned out, I did not really have any substantial expenses for trip interruption, although our return travel was delayed by about 48 hours. At this point, I am not aware of any substantial expenses in that regard.

    Booking the policy was very straight forward. When I had an inquiry, someone from customer service replied quickly. The website was very easy to navigate and most of all the insurance policy was reasonably priced.

    I contacted Trawick to file a claim for interruption of our trip upon our return. My husband needed to go to the hospital for 4 days. In spite of the fact that our trip was interrupted, the agent challenged the authenticity of my claim. Finally after much arguing, The Trawick rep sent me to a site to file my claim. The web page did not exist and lead me to a fraudulent site on the internet that tried to hack me!

    I had to cut my vacation short due to the death of my father back home. I filed a complete claim and received payment within 3 weeks. Very satisfied with the claim process and response!
