Aegis was easy to work with, they sent a claim via email to fill out and then file. I filled out my portion, had the doctor fill out his and filed the claim with Aegis. Within weeks they had responded in the affirmative and ok'd my claim.

Another said we needed the *** to sign their form. We spent many hours and had to visit our primary care physician twice to complete it. I also wish the company had a way to fill out the paperwork online.

It took longer than I expected to get the final claim approved and a check sent (I think it took 4-6 weeks). Otherwise I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the claim process was.
