Too soon to tell, as claim is still being processed. We had to cancel our trip due to an unexpected cancer diagnosis and the need to commence treatment.

We had to file claim with AXA. The customer service was very helpful and they did their best to assist us due to the emergency visit to the Italian ER. They explained things well and advised us of what to due. Since we have been home they are always ready to answer any questions I have no matter how many times I called. So far they have been great. They are review my claim at this time.

Purchasing Travel Insurance from AXA Assistance was pretty clear and straightforward done online.
Prior to our trip I called AXA to discuss my medical status that somewhat deteriorated close to our departure date. AXA representative clearly explained to me how to deal with such case if it become necessary to cancel our trip. Fortunately we were able to go and did not need any medical help while out of the country.

The gentleman I spoke with on the phone explained everything about the policy to me so I would understand it. Very nice young man. Told me everything I needed to know. Yes, I would recommend Squaremouth to all my friends.i had a great trip and knowing I was well provided for ment a lot. Thanks Diane...

Once we understood what was needed for the claim, refund was given quickly. Our trip was with two different tours. All in all the everything went fine.
