    Ifell at the airport going to security.AUSAIRWAYS persongot me thru seurity. My right leg was cut open t the shin.Our baggage was sent to LONDON INSTEAD OF FCO.We did not get it from EGYPTIAN AIR till very late as they sent it to CARIOinstead of ALEXANDRIA WHERE WE WERE DOCKED.Iwent to the ship,s doctor as my leg seemed tobe infected, They treatedme with antibiotics and adiaretic as im diabetic.Inowfind out i have submitmy charges to MEDICARE which can take a longtime,Ibelieved thepolicy would pay as i have already been charged on the card authorized for charges aboard ship.

    Durante mi viaje tuve una emergencia medica, yo asumi los gastos medicos que no sobrepasaron los 70 dolares. Cuando llegue al pais llame para realizar la respectiva reclamacion. Cuando hable con un consultor el me dice que no me van a devolver nada de lo que yo gaste debido a que en mi poliza tenia un deduci8ble de 250 dolares.
    Esto se me hace totalmente arbitrario por parte de su compania pues se me hace que estan utilizando informacion errronea para enganar al cliente que no tiene ni idea de seguros, yo solo compre la poliza en internet y me dio unas caracteristicas especificas para la respectiva poliza. Yo no tenia ni idea que yo debia cambiar algo para que el seguro operara. En fin muy desagradable la experiencia con este seguro y jamas lo volvere a comprar. Sugiero que ustedes le avisen al usuario que debe hacer pequenos cambios al comprar los seguros pues los viajeros estamos confiados en que la compania si nos va a responder y cuando pasa algo asi es bastante desagradable, fueron dos polizas en total la mia y la de mi marido, dinero realmente tirado a la basura!!!

    QUE HAGAN ACLARACIONES EN LAS POLIZAS CUANDO UNO LAS COMPRA EN INTERNET PUES UNO SE BASA EN QUE LA COMPANIA ES SERIA Y IMPRIME LA POLIZA CON LAS CARACTERISTICAS PREDETERMINADAS DE LA POLIZA CREYENDO EN LA BUENA FE DE USTEDES COMO COMPANIA Y CUANDO VIENE A HACER UN RECLAMO LE DICEN QUE SU COMPANIA NO PUEDE RESPONDERLE PORQUE USTED TENIA EN SU POLIZA UN DEDUCIBLE DE 250 DOLARES COMO LAS PERSONAS PODEMOS SABER ESTA INFORMACION SI SOMOS PERSONAS CORRIENTES SIN EXPERIENCIA EN POLIZAS. Muy negativa la experiencia relamente!!!!

    My wife developed a medical condition on the plane headed to Hong Kong. I tried 4 times in Hong Kong to call collect for assistance and it was refused 4 times. I called on my credit card and after quite a long hold, the agent was really no help at all and didn't have a clue as to why my collect calls were rejected. Everything turned out ok but I was told that they probably won't re-imburse me for the $50 phone call.
