    Very disappointed. Filed a claim and had an interview scheduled for which my agent failed to call me. Awaiting for claim interview to be rescheduled. Expect much better service than this.

    After being initially disappointed in the process (see my previous review comments), I was quite pleased with how TinLeg closed everything out. I received my check for the claim in the mail very soon after completing all paper work. Thank you for making things right in the end for a customer.

    We clearly made a mistake and I apologize.

    You had a claim interview scheduled but we failed to show up. This is unacceptable. There is no excuse for missing a scheduled interview. As a result of this, we have re-trained our Claim Agents and have implemented new procedures to make sure this never happens again.

    Once again, I apologize that we did not uphold our promise to provide exceptional customer service. Thank you for taking the time to let us know. As our way of thanking you for helping us improve, we have sent you a check for $50.

    I have never had to use travel insurance before and the claims experience was professional and quick. I was very impressed with the responsiveness of both tin leg and Roam Right people.

    So far, so good! I am scheduled to speak with a representative following our trip (we had non weather-related delays). They contacted me two days after we returned from the trip, and they set up a time talk via Calendly. Customer service guided me through the process efficiently. Completely happy so far.

    Matt's flight was delayed then canceled in Frankfurt, Germany so I contacted customer service to see what was needed for a claim. The airline ended up paying for cab, hotel, etc. so the only thing I had to purchase due to the delay was a jacket since he didn't have access to his luggage. After speaking with customer service, I was told that may not be covered so we didn't end up filing a claim.

    My claim was promptly and professionally handled in accordance with communications provided by Tin Leg. Tin Leg kept me informed throughout the process. My significant claim for medical and trip interruption expenses was promptly reimbursed to me. All insurance companies should take a lesson from my experience with Tin Leg.

    The experience overall was good. My claim was reviewed and approved in a reasonable time and the assistance was okay. The only problem was that getting someone on the 24 hour assistance took some time and the customer service representative assigned to my claim didn't answer the emails I've sent.
