The experience overall was good. My claim was reviewed and approved in a reasonable time and the assistance was okay. The only problem was that getting someone on the 24 hour assistance took some time and the customer service representative assigned to my claim didn't answer the emails I've sent.

When in the fall I was unexpectedly diagnosed with heart problems requiring a lengthy process of multiple hospital tests and monitoring by a cardiologist and the expectation of surgery, I had to cancel both trips. I was impressed with their professionalism throughout the process. As a result of this experience, I plan to use Squaremouth when deciding on future travel policies and will expect Tin Leg to continue to be at the top of my list of choices.
