The policy was fine but the claim form was not clear on what was needed. When my claim is reviewed and I see the outcome, then I will know if what I thought I was covered was indeed correct. For the same cost as the offered trip coverage, I found a policy on square four that included primary medical ( not secondary) and all other features. More benefits for the same amount of money. Worth the research since square four has pulled it all together for you.
