    Before Trip
    Made a phone call to be sure that we were covered for the trip. Personel was very helpfull and assured that we were covered.

    During Trip
    Had to avdise company that we would be making a claim. Person took information and advised that they would send claim forms.

    Claim Process
    We have not received any claim forms or e-mails as they promissed to send. Todays date is 6/3/12. I will have to call them Monday and see what is going on. Not very impressed at this time. I expected better!! Claim has not been satisfied!
