I can't say enough good things about this company. They did not bug me for a bunch of additional information after I filed the claim and the refund was prompt. And I received 100% of my claim.

Our address, email address, and phone number were not forwarded by SquareMouth to the carrier. The carrier therefore did not send us the insurance documents. When we checked a few weeks before our travel, the carrier immediately emailed us the documents. SquareMouth needs to check its system. We were very worried that we did not have insurance when we realized we didn't have the documents as we prepared our luggage for travel.During Trip
We did not need to contact the insurance carrier during our trip.
