    Before Trip
    We had a question before the trip for 2 different policies and Squaremouth researched our question for us between the 2 companies and came back to us with an answer. We didn't need the insurance, but they were very helpful in making sure we knew what we buying and making sure it covered all our needs.

    I had no trouble transfering my insurance to another date when our travel company changed our trip date. Service was always plesant and helpful.

    Before Trip
    There was a typo in my policy dates...noted as 9-8 to 9-11. I notified Travel Insured the day before the trip and they corrected the end date to 9-18 with no issues or problems. I appreciated this.

    During Trip
    I had no contact with Travel Insured after the trip started.
    We had no issues/problems on the trip.
