Was done easily and no issues. Customer service was good experience. We thankfully didn't have to file a claim while on this trip, but good to know we had Insurance just in case.

Unlike car or home or life insurance, where you must FIRST purchase and then are given a copy of the policy, here you can read all the policies and know EXACTLY what is covered before you purchase.

We were very comfortable that we would have had plenty of support if we had needed it. The policy made all the steps necessary very clear to us. We also felt we could contact a person if needed. We felt that the price was a good value for the coverage.

I had filed a claim in June 2014 and can't get it finished. No one seems to know anything about the claim. Its been deleted on the web site.
