    My experience with the Trawick policy was straightforward, and I had no need to file a claim. At various points during the trip, I had reason to consider what would happen if I needed to file a claim, and I realized that I was not sure what the procedure would be. If I had an internet connection, of course, I could have gotten the information I needed, but when we did not have internet, it would have been difficult because I did not make a note of the international contact phone number.

    My contact with Trawick customer service was to clarify what our coverage would be in case of an accident while hiking in rough country. On this point the policy exclusions were not completely clear to me. "Climbing" seemed to be excluded, but not hiking on a rough trail. Customer service did address this point, but I was not confident that I had understood exactly what the terms and conditions were.

    I have tried calling you and Nationwide to file a claim due to the trip cancellation because my husband tested positive for Covid 19 on December 24th. No one answered the calls. After spending hours researching and found the information I needed, I emailed my claim form to 'NWTravClaims@cbpinsure.com' several times to no avail. NO ONE, absolutely no one has reached out to me at all. I would very much appreciate it if you could facilitate this claim. Thank you.

    We purchased non refundable tickets so thought it was wise to get insurance. Boy was it ever as I contracted covid.

    Hello,

    I've been trying to file a claim with the insurance for a week now. I cannot get through to anyone over the phone. I have emailed all claims documents to the address and only got automated replies. I also tried to register online, and the insurance certificate number on my certificate of insurance was rejected by the website. I'll be pursuing small claims court next, as there doesn't seem to be any other way of getting through to you guys.

    I interacted with 2 representatives on 3 occasions concerning the purchase of the policy because I added on. The first and third interactions were 5 stars. Unfortunately, the second interaction was 1 star. I was speaking with the rep and I heard a cell phone ring. She asked me to hold and never came back to the call. The first and third rep (meaning it was the same person) was excellent and remarked that she would report my experience with the other representative.

    We are attempting to make a claim but have been trying to reach someone for over a week and no one responds. As soon as a few questions are clarified I will be processing a claim. Disappointed in the lack of response

    Someone was supposed to call us back as of 12/31/2021 ok contact has been made yet. Called again 1/1/2022. Still no response.
