    We are attempting to make a claim but have been trying to reach someone for over a week and no one responds. As soon as a few questions are clarified I will be processing a claim. Disappointed in the lack of response

    Great customer service; we had to cancel our overseas trip due to Omicron and was able to receive full refund on the insurance cost.

    Someone was supposed to call us back as of 12/31/2021 ok contact has been made yet. Called again 1/1/2022. Still no response.
    My number is 713-557-8208 Or my husband is Paul Schneider 713-557-0755.

    Our claim has not be handled nor have we been contacted. This has been going on since December 31, 2021.

    It's very challenging- the online claim form isn't working correctly and I haven't been able to reach anyone by phone and only got a generic email response to my question

    Trawick international is not answering or returning calls. When I enter the policy number on the site the automated message gives when you call in, it says the policy is not recognized. I'm incredibly frustrated.

    I have called and left messages with Trawick. Their voicemail to tell you the emails and websites to move forward
    with claims is spoken soooooo fast, that I cannot understand where to send anything. When I hunt on line on how to initiate
    a claim, it is not 100% clear. I have tried to speak to someone, but am prompted to leave a message.
    I have left messages and still, no one has contacted me.
    I have 4 claims to file as we had to leave our vacation early as one of our travelers tested positive forCoVid.
    If you could help me on how to start these claims, I would appreciate it!

    It was a little slow -- took over 3 months, but I was paid interest and the claim was expedited after two phone calls. Also understandable since travel cancellations have been so crazy.
