    I have not been able to get an official claim form. I have been trying to get t ahold of their customer service and I have been unable, after multiple calls .

    They were prompt and pleasant in helping me move.my policy from a cancelled trip this year to a new cruise in 2022. no money lost despite my trip being cancelled due to COVID outbreaks

    Required medical care on last day of the trip, experiencing difficulty trying to reach the claim department. Trawick customer service department unable to provide assistance. Will not use them as a provider in the future.

    Getting ready to print out our hotel receipt that we had reserved in Orlando, Florida that we didn't make it to due to my seizure during our layover in Atlanta, Georgia airport. My husband called your company when we got back home to Kansas and the lady was so helpful answering his questions. We have bought travel insurance many times for our cruises. Never have used it thank goodness until now. Your operator was very patient and caring and emailed the forms we needed to fill out immediately. Her customer service was amazing and comforting to my husband during this stressful time time while we figure out why i had a seizure. Thank you .

    The customer service agent clearly outlined the benefits and drawbacks of the policy I purchased. When our trip was changed by the airlines, it was easy to extend the coverage. I will look forward to using this travel insurance company again on future trips.

    When I initially called I was not able to speak to a representative. I did get a call back, but it was roughly two days later. The rep did send the claim form we needed by email right after I spoke with them. Overall, not too bad an experience.
