    Due to the fires in California, I changed my travel plans as I was able to cancel reservations that were in the fire areas and change my travel to an area that wasn't affected. I contacted Trawick prior to my departure to see about changing my dates of travel. They easily added on my 3 extra days of travel and since I was able to cancel some of my more expensive travel expenses directly they also allowed me to decrease the coverage amount and therefore the cost of my plan saving me money. I was quite pleased with the experience.

    I purchased this extra insurance strictly because of the extra COVID coverage. I attempted to file a claim because I needed to cancel my trip due to COVID concerns prior to my trip. I was told I couldn’t file a claim and needed to go through the separate companies I bought my trip airline, condo and rental car through. I purchased this extra insurance specifically due to if I needed to cancel my trip because of COVID. The policy purchase was pretty much a waste of money since I was not allowed to file a claim. I still don’t understand the point of this insurance if I had to go through the airline, condo and rental car company’s I bought from. Those same companies I had bought my trip through did not allow me to cancel either.

    It was a great experience. I normally don't purchase travelers insurance unless it is a complex travel, but with all the new Covid changes, I did. Gatwick was great to work with. Very knowledgeable staff. And super reasonable! Fortunately, I did not have to cancel my trip to San Francisco, and it was great. Such a nice feeling knowing one is covered should something come up regarding unforseen changes to travel plans. Thank you, Trawick Int!☺

    When I called with a question, the person was not very nice and seemed dismissive.

    I have used squaremouth services several times for previous trips and always been satisfied.

    The only way you would pay my claim was for me to actually contract COVID and ignore CDD and Switzerland warring not to visit the country. Enjoy your profits

    The process took longer than 30 business days. I understand things are backed up due to the pandemic. However, they could at least give updates as the process took place. I had to make multiple calls and wait on the line.
