    I would have given five stars but the first time I called for this policy, the woman I spoke with was rather curt and provided no explanation about the policy, just that it was the same as the one I took out in July. She was to email me to sign up but I never received the email. When I called the next day, your representative was superb and explained all aspects of the policy to me.

    I spoke to an agent who recommended the correct type of coverage and I was able to update my policy easily

    I submitted my claim on October 14, 2021. It is now January 26, 2022 and my claim has not been resolved. Each time I call they say they are too busy and are behind schedule. On January 4th they told me we are going to put an expedite note on this claim, obviously didn't help.

    I would not recommend Trawlick or Squaremouth for travel insurance needs.

    We switched date of travel and I emailed Trawick. They responded quickly and changed the dates. Their prices were better (lower) than other companies and I will use them again. Thank you

    Couldn't get thru when I called internationally. No 24 hour service. Was on hold for a long time had to hang up

    Process for refund of cancelled cruise was complicated and no agency was of amy help. Will not purchase from you again.

    I've heard nothing regarding the claim submitted I submitted a month ago. It was for a much lower dollar amount than expected, because the owner of the rental home surprised us and gave us a full refund against policy. We are unable to resolve the airfare, however, and cannot use a credit because my husband is very ill.
