I have had excellent experience with ON CALL INTERNATIONAL. I spoke to a representative of Trawick International on Tuesday 1/19/21 who promised to email the necessary claim forms. I have yet to receive them.

I did not receive some kind of a confirmation email, saying that my email was received and that my claim will be under review. Otherwise, the policy itself was good.

I wish that you would provide the coverage documents in languages other than English, since the whole point of the insurance is for international travel.
