If you have any questions the customer care team can always answer them and advise you.
I have not had to claim thank goodness. But it is nice to have peace of mind when you travel knowing you are covered
should something unexpected happen.

July 17, 2023trudy from CA Verified Squaremouth CustomerWas this review helpful to you?we had to make several changes to our policy (dates & amount of coverage). it was hard to have a "paper trail" - didn't receive confirming emails, had to resort to credit card billing records to be sure we'd paid updated premiums, etc. other companies do this better.
also, could never find a page on the website which confirmed the amount of coverage.
