    I have sent them two different emails requesting information on how to file a claim. Still have not received any response except an automated email that says they are really busy handling large amount of claims. So isn't that the point of an insurance company? I am very unhappy with them so far. I need to file a claim but don't know where or how to start and they have not helped me at all.

    Please let me know how I should proceed.

    Due to illness, I was hospitalised the week before the cruise and was not able to go on the cruise.
    I have the claim forms and need the attending physicion to fill out the reason before I email it to you.

    I ahve been trying to file a claim with Trawick for several days. Their website is incomplete and unhelpful, their customer service line directs me to the website. I finally got through to someone and they said they would email me a form and they have not and it has been 3 days. Very frustrating to company to deal with since I purchased the policy.

    I remember getting on the phone with a rep to make a change to my policy to be a slight hassle, but it was accomplished.

    The purchasing process was extremely easy and pleasant. I first “over purchased” the covered expenses by 50%(not knowing part of the trip was already insured by transportation provider). I called their customer support and indicated i wanted to reduce coverage. No hassle. I immediately got my refund. Thank goodness I did not need to make a claim. But i feel that that would have been an easy process too

    They are pretty much worthless. They didn't respond in a timely manner. It took months to get any response from them. By then, the documents were unobtainable or I had tossed them. I have used Travelguard in the past and they set the bar high. I really didn't expect to be blown off in this manner by Trawick

    I called that I canceled my trip. Now I'm asking for a refund. They said they need a letter from my agent and a letter from me.

    They were prompt in providing documents and answering questions through their OnCall International. In the immediacy of dealing with an emergency, it was hard to get forms filled out, sent back - especially dealing with language challenges. As it turned out, Delta Airlines made all the necessary arrangements for us, so we didn't need the travel assistance. However, we did have to pay out of pocket, and have sent in forms now for reimbursement through their claims company. I'm not sure how much Trawick itself actually does.
