    Really easy to purchase online. Offered exactly what we needed to cover us for a Transatlantic cruise.

    Now, after a 7 day baggage delay, we file a claim....a week ago. We could not talk to a person and had to file the claim with a third party. It's only been a week, but no acknowledgement of the claim or any follow up on their part. A bit disappointing.

    If they do meet their obligation and pay for my baggage delay per their policy, we will be happy and do business with SquareMouth again.

    I filled my claim in May and I'm still waiting for resolution. Several phone calls and emails without resolution. I don't seem to hear from them until after I call to find out mt status. It's been about four months.

    I was very happy with the customer support and level of coverage I received. It was less costly than what the tour provided and gave me the peace of mind I needed at a reasonable price.

    Squaremouth was great to work with and efficient. We just hope Trawick will be great and refund our money because my husband had emergency back surgery.

    Purchased additional comprehensive car rental insurance for trip to Ireland. Prior to our departure contacted customer service to request verification document for us to provide to car rental agency so we wouldn't have to purchase car rental agency comprehensive policy. Square customer service said no document is available but they did email us a letter stating we had purchased additional rental car coverage policy.
    Upon arriving to Ireland, rental car agency insisted our Square policy was worthless and we ended up paying over 1,000 Euros to agency for required comprehensive coverage to be able to rent our car. The money we paid Square for rental car insurance was completely worthless.
