But has always been a positive experience purchasing a travel insurance policy through Square mouth! Thank you

We could increase the amount covered before the trip started easily, which was appreciated as we added nonrefundable excursions after the fact.

it is pretty difficult to figure out how it would work if i needed to make a claim which i almost needed to because of a medical emergency.

i never heard anything from the company after i bought the policy many months before the travel. it would of bee reassuring to hear from someone who i could have asked the questions i had.

I had to file a claim and so far we’re working with world trips has been extremely difficult. I have not been able to successfully create an account online because somehow they put my name in my husband‘s name and the wrong birthday is now associated with my account, but no one will fix it. They’ve also given me three different email addresses to send all of my claim proof to I would not recommend them for anyone in the future.

I'm waiting on a claim I just filed but I would definatley use WorldTrips again. Thank you

I would give a 5 star but the claims process and lack of communication has been very disappointing

We ran into pre-trip travel issues and called WT 24-hr concierge for desperately needed guidance & support. The Reps were nice but both said they are more or an ER helpline (which, our situation wasn't being considered as an ER by the Reps). They both asked to call back during normal business hours upon return of our trip. We're amidst claims at this time. Their portal is helpful and they have nice & professional sounding Reps on the phone.
