It was a weekend and with the time difference I chose to use Cat 70's email system (which was recommended in my policy docs). I never heard back from them. I got the medical attention through Spain's public urgent care system and it was covered by the government. I have a daughter who lives there and was able to tap into that because of her. My interaction with Cat 70 was pathetic.

But it was unclear if it satisfied the requirements of the country I was traveling to. That could be a little bit easier to understand. And to get a certificate that clearly states the minimum requirements of the country.

November 16, 2021April from GA Verified Squaremouth CustomerIt has not been closed. I get crazy messages from them. Just yesterday they asked for more documentation after 1.5 months since I submitted it. When I call, I get shuffled around never getting answers. This is a scam!!!
