    I asked for information on the cities I would be going to and only received a weather report...which was inaccurate.

    We always get trip insurance, but this was the first time in 30 years that we had to file a claim. I had emergency treatment but was unable to contact CSA in advance to even see if it was covered in the policy. Upon return , I contacted CSA about the claim I wished to make. The account representative listened attentively and stated that it looked like I had coverage but it would need to be reviewed by the appropriate department after I filled out the application for reimbursement. The rep immediately emailed the forms to me. I completed them and sent them back to CSA for consideration. Within a week they notified me to state that it would take a bit longer to process than usual, due to higher volume than normal claims. After a short delay, it was approved. I would highly recommend CSA for their professionalism and ability to communicate with the customer. For our next international trip we will definitely consider CSA again.

    I got sick while on the cruise and had to see the ships doctor.

    I bought the insurance with no intention to use it but I had to use it and there was no problem processing my claim.

    Comparing policies and the needed coverage is challenging, but talking to an agent was very helpful and he was very knowledgeable. I did not need to make a claim, but to have the insurance provided a safety blanket if necessary.
