    Because of weather problems and ensuing flight delays we had to stay an extra unplanned night in Amsterdam. I sent my receipts and explanations to CSA and they promptly reimbursed us for our extra expenses. I was VERY pleased with the responsiveness and efficiency of CSA. Will use them again.

    My trip and the first hotel we booked were horible. The place was being renovated and was unsafe for my daughter so I had to find another hole at the last minute. Because it was a holiday weekend , most places were booked And I ended up having to pay quite a bit more, which I will never see. So it cosy me about $1000.00 more. I can not get that back from book g . Com because they didn't make the arangements. I didn't have the time to, and they were sending me rooms that did not meet the other place. Witch was on the beach with a pool, and kitchen.

    I was extremely impressed. My claim was approved and the check was sent just 3 days after filing the claim. I will definitely use CSA again.

    My claim was denied. I feel that I was not informed of a six month "look back " on pre existing medical condition. In retrospect if I had known that my claim would be denied in the basis of a visit I made to my doctor to get permission to travel I would have selected another option. I would advise other travelers to be aware of this policy. I am writing to appeal their decision.

    Previous to my recent experience, I was not much concerned about buying Travelers Insurance. Over the years I never needed to make any claims, but this time it was different.

    A serious medical emergency just before departure forced us to cancel our trip. It was a life threatening procedure that needed to be done immediately. Thankfully, everything has turned out.

    CSA Insurance took care of everything and I was reimbursed the entire amount of my expenditure for the trip in 2 weeks. I will certainly purchase insurance from them again in the future.

    We had to change the dates on policy because our trip was cancelled and had to be rebooked for different dates. Customer service was very helpful and pleasant and made the change for us with no hassle.

    Please wait for the claim to be processed. The original claim filing was submitted 6-15-2016. Another form was subsequently required that actually was included in the first forms to be filled out but looked similar than the one we filled out. We submitted all receipts, fully filled out missing form and submitted it on 6-26-2016.

    The claim form total is only for $4,436.36. That is the amount we feel is owned to us, because I, Gunter, could not go on the trip due to a rib injury two days prior to the start of the trip.
