    I went to South Korea. Before traveling, I called customer service to talk about the MERS outbreak. The customer service person didn't know anything about it, and siad that they could only provide insurance coverage if I contracted MERS on my trip. My question was that due to the outbreak, many people (over 100,000) cancelled their trip, and would I be insured. The response was 'no', only if I got MERS. Seems like a useless insurance to me! If I needed to cancel my trip due to an infectious outbreak, it seems that insurance should cover part of the airplane ticket cost BEFORE I contract the disease. Customer service seemed extremely unsympathetic to my concern

    The customer service person was extremely helpful in choosing the best fit policy for me. There were a lot of choices for many needs which she quickly guided me through. I felt confident that I was covered well in the event of needing help. I didn't need to make a claim but hopefully I would experience the same help if I had made one. I recommend getting assistance to choose the best fit policy for your needs.

    We received a msg from the 24 hour assistance folks and felt it was slightly misleading about whether or not certain events would be covered. CSA did give us partial credit for our losses, though.

    Unfortunately had a fall while traveling in Italy. Saw a doc and had xrays while there. Filed a claim upon my return for reimbursement if expenses which was handled really well. f r After returning the forms and documentation to CSA my claim was processed and I had my reimbursement within 3 weeks. Would definitely use this company again and recommend to others.

    There was a lot of confusion about our return to Idaho mid-trip. They fixed it and decided it could be all one trip, one policy, Also, the agent finally agreed that we could depart from our second home in ID. It would have been much more expensive if they counted the time from departure from primary residence in WY.
