    Rm for extra night was 140. Received 150. Thought I would get food allowance and the 20 cab fare I had to pay. The service was prompt and otherwise satisfactory.

    The coverage was more than a number of other policies that I saw.

    At first, it was a little difficult for me to get the information I needed online, but a phone call to a customer service rep was very helpful. The young woman answered all my questions in a very cheerful and complete manner, and helped me make a decision on a policy suitable for our needs. She seemed competent, and left me feeling confident in my choice.

    The person who spoke to me before I started my break and the day when I have interruption of holiday was very good he gave me his name Mr Singh,but the claim agent she was ***** in the earth she treated me just piece of **** and in her letter she twisted my words and claim which I did not impose and rejected.My claim is interruption my holiday by surrounding and kept Dr adice.Which I did early morning to your company as emergency call to leaving.
    My claim is that due to my Dr advise "should not stay if I feel not well". I claim my expenses of hotel and travelling cost, it was around $500, not medical treatment.but here she was twisted my claim that I am claiming health ground, which cost could be come over thousands of dollars.
    It had bad experience, because of Mr Singh adviced me to let them know about my claim so I did so and did not call TWITTER or Facebook.
    If this agent act as in the favor of company not me as different to her I could gave her another case where I am going fareast and about $10,000 expenses covering.
    I am very upset and do strngly request to remove this adjuster otherwisr lot of people will talk negative about your firm.
    At the end I strongly request to send me $500 which I covered and my break ,it was interruption of bad food or atmosphere around .

    CSA insurance was very unprofessional. They refused to cover my expenses as the flight was delayed by about 8 hours. Their excuse is: the plane was delayed for a "computer system failure" not a "mechanical failure. Obviously, it is a company who is just trying to make money. If anyone purchase an insurance from them, I advise they should read every single line of the fine prints!

    the most negative about purchasing the Travel Protection from CSA is the price when I need buying extention for the trip.
    I paid about $93 for 1 month trip and when I want to extend another 30 days the CSA quote me $197 which was about 200% increased over the original policy.
    When travel to foreign country, is is not unusual for the traveler to have a need to stay on the trip longer and the price for the extention should be reasonable instead of putting the customer in a hard situation !
    For this reason, I will never purchase a travel insurance with the CSA again !
