    I forgot to bring a copy of my policy on my travels. I sent an email from the airport,to get the policy number & information in case I would need it on the trip. A reply was sent to me in an expedient manner. Fortunately, I did not need it but it made me more confident to have that info available if required.

    The insurance provided the combination of medical and cancellation services that I needed. The policy was user friendly for reading and customer service explained whatever was not clear.
    Payment and response was easy and I would use your services again.
    Thankfully, I did not need to file a claim.

    Your policy offered the protection I needed at a reasonable rate. Many companies offered the exact same coverage at higher rates. I was satisfied with the price and coverage .

    Having the travel insurance gave me peace of mind. I knew if I had to cancel my trip I would not be losing a lot of money. Luckily, nothing happened to cause me to cancel our trip.
